As Client Services Manager alongside Jordan, Rea has a keen eye for detail, ensuring our clients’ applications are presented in the best light to our banking partners.

Working closely with our brokers and clients, Rea ensures the bank has all the required documentation while also meeting our strict compliance requirements.

With efficiency and detail as her key strengths, she enjoys taking the heavy lifting off our clients by preparing all bank and lender applications for them. Rea really makes the application process as easy as possible for our clients.

Rea brings to Fisher Robertson over 3 years with Pitcher Partners and previous to that role, she worked with Aussie Lender, First Mac, as a Loan Processing Officer.

In her spare time, Rea enjoys visiting family in Cebu, Philippines and loves her K-pop music.

As Client Services Manager working alongside Rea, Jordan delivers proactive, detail-oriented customer service, ensuring existing and new clients are supported on their lending journey.

Jordan primarily assists clients through the post approval phase, managing customer loan documentation, valuations, interest rate analysis and liaising with banks, solicitors, and conveyancers to ensure settlement goes smoothly.

He regularly reviews our existing clients’ home loan rates, ensuring we are always proactively securing the best interest rates for them.

Currently Jordan is completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics.

His career includes the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in the home loan documentation team and Pitcher Partners Sydney for the previous three years alongside Jack and John.

A South Sydney Rabbitohs tragic, Jordan loves all things Rugby League and is a self-confessed ‘foodie’.

As Director of Fisher Robertson, Jack assists a diverse range of clients, including first home buyers, investors, high-net-worth individuals and small to medium sized businesses. 

He is dedicated to supporting clients at every stage of their financial journey by providing tailored solutions that helps them achieve their short- and long-term goals.

Jack is well regarded for his approachable and friendly nature, responsiveness and transparency, as well as his commitment to push for the best outcomes for his clients.

His open communication with clients and deep market understanding enables him to provide expert advice and recommendations across a panel of lenders.

With nine years of experience in the finance industry, including Macquarie Bank and Pitcher Partners, Jack has built an extensive network across the banking and professional services landscape.

As Managing Director of Fisher Robertson, John supports a diverse range of clients, including first home buyers, high-net-worth individuals, and seasoned property investors. With a background in business banking, he is also passionate about assisting SMEs and professional services firms achieve their financial goals.

Irrespective of where they are at on their journey, John helps clients achieve their personal and business goals through tailored lending solutions and services.

Known for his friendly approach, his advice is strategic, responsive, and honest. With a customer-focused approach built on trust and transparency, John works closely with clients to understand their long-term goals.

His career spans the major Australian banks, including National Australia Bank and Macquarie Bank. His vast network of industry contacts provides clients with access to a broad portfolio of customised and exclusive lending solutions.

More recently, John worked in partnership with Pitcher Partners Sydney, a mid-tier accounting and wealth business.

He successfully built their finance brokerage arm over the past six years, and will continue working closely with the firm’s partners, staff and clients.
